The shipping costs are displayed at basket. All the shipments will have a code to follow the trail of the box that will be emailed to you within 48/72 hours after purchase
In Italy the delivery takes place within 48 hours in most cases (times may vary by Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia).
For other countries, shipping times may vary depending on the destination and always no later than 72 hours from the waybill.
Once an order is in the state in preparation is no longer possible change it.The customer is asked to indicate a delivery address where someone is always present (also at work, neighbor etc ..), and a phone number where there is always availability. So that the courier can contact you or leave a note in passing with instructions to follow.
Once you receive your package, please check the number of packages delivered or and that the packaging is intact. If you notice damaged packaging or with tapes (tape carrier or transparent) please accept the package "with reserve".

All bicycles before being shipped are recorded and tested. In order to optimize costs and to prevent damage during transportation are removed from some parts, suitably packed and protected. Upon receipt, please have the device installed by a competent person or qualified or alternatively follow the instructions, follow the steps carefully (if there is any question please contact us). We recommend you keep the box of the bike for a possible return. Delivery of complete bicycles may be greater than usual due assembly, registration, testing and packaging appropriate for particular settings and setup please state this in the order notes.
Some products of the website have free shipping that can vary from country to country. The system automatically calculates the cost, please check if the item in the basket will be free. Also with the addition of other products may have to pay an integration, this is due to a change of weight / volume which goes to influence the shipment.
In case of lack of stock of certain goods ordered and the resulting available (due to several reasons, such as purchases or contemporary errors warehouse), you will be contacted soon by one of our operators to agree on how to proceed.
During the selection of the carrier we will indicate the estimated time of delivery to the chosen service.
Within the EU there are no customs duties on products shipped and include VAT (except send with invoices exemption for holders of VAT). For countries outside the EU (and other locations such as the Canary Islands) the goods are sent free of VAT and may be subject to customs duties / import taxes / VAT in the country of destination.
