HELMET RUDY PROJECT ZUMY

The Rudy Project entry level helmet ensures protection thanks to the double-In Mold construction and comfort with 21 vents, RSR retention system and interchangeable paddings.

EPS IN-MOLD CONSTRUCTION

The In-Mold technology allows the polycarbonate outer shell to be poured directly during the injection phase of the expanded polystyrene (EPS), thus allowing to create a more rigid, shock-resistant and extremely light structure. The combined action of structure in EPS, polycarbonate shell and exoskeleton creates resistance to mechanical action exerted by impacts and dissipates energy to prevent it being transferred to the head of the person wearing the helmet.
